Yes, I offer worldwide shipping with some exceptions.
Countries I currently can’t ship to: Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, East Timor, El Salvador, Laos, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Yemen and Israel

All original artworks will be shipped with tracked shipping free of charge. However postcards and prints will be sent with regular non-trackable shipping. Please contact me, if you want me to ship your order with tracking, then I will calculate shipping cost separately.

Unfortunately I do not accept returns, so please think twice and order only what you really want.
If you receive damaged or wrong item, please contact me (me@alenarozova.com) and I will deal with this.

I try to prepare your orders as soon as possible, but please consider it might take 1-5 working days for me to prepare and dispatch your order.
Shipment within Estonia :
regular mail should deliver your package within 2-5 working days
if you decide to pick up the order yourself (available for Tallinn and Rae vald), then I will contact you to make an appointment

Shipment within EU :
Standard shipment without tracking should reach you within 6-16 working days

Rest of the world :
Add some more 10-12 working days to EU shipping time.

Please note, that these are only rough estimates. Package might reach you earlier or later than my predictions.

I ship all orders from Estonia (EU), so there will be not added taxes within EU. For shipping outside EU, I will fill out the customs form, but you should consider, that there might be additional taxes in your country.
